Our digital programs grant instant access to downloadable and online content immediately after purchase. Because the full value is delivered the moment you buy, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access and waive any right to a refund.
Coaching is sold by application with a minimum commitment (for example, a 3-month minimum, paid in full) disclosed before you enroll. Coaching fees are non-refundable, including for missed sessions or early cancellation, because we reserve time and resources specifically for you. If you have a billing issue, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
The paid strategy call is non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, contact us before your scheduled time and we'll do our best to accommodate one reschedule.
If something went wrong — you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or couldn't access what you paid for — email us right away and we'll make it right.
