These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lookism.store and any products, programs, or coaching you purchase from Lookism (the "Services"). Lookism is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Maryland, USA. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make a purchase.

2. What we provide

Lookism sells digital self-improvement programs (downloadable guides and video-based courses on fitness, grooming, skincare, style, and overall appearance) and offers paid 1:1 coaching and strategy calls. Our content is educational and informational only.

3. Purchases & access

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Digital programs are delivered online immediately after purchase. You receive access to the content you bought.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our content or your access credentials. Access is for your personal use only.

4. Coaching

1:1 coaching is sold by application and may require a minimum commitment (for example, a 3-month minimum, paid in full) disclosed before you enroll. Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort and consistency, and results are not guaranteed.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. No professional advice

Our Services are for general self-improvement and education. They are not medical, dental, psychological, nutritional, or professional advice. See our full Disclaimer. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness, nutrition, skincare, or supplement program.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the Site and in our programs are owned by Lookism and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use what you purchase. All other rights are reserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lookism is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
